Michele Shephard began her career in the hospitality industry 20 years ago. She has an educational background in Public Relations and Hotel and Restaurant Management. She studied at Humber & Guelph University and holds a certification from the American Hotel and Motel Association.

Michele started her career at Sky Dome Hospitality in 1988. She worked for the Restaurants of Sky Dome division and was thereafter promoted to the Special Events and Offsite Catering Division called Great Moments in Catering, under Jordan Bitove.

The highlight of Michele’s vast career was working at the SkyDome when the Toronto Blue Jays won the World Series for the first time in 1991. Michele has also worked for such companies as Stage West All Suite Hotel and Dinner Theatre, the Elizabeth Hotel in London England, Best Western Hotels and Resorts and Vonage Canada

Over the past few years Michele has concentrated her career on working with the yachts in the Toronto harbor. It was at one of those yachts that she met her current partner and one of Toronto’s top chef’s.  In 2006 Michele brought to life
